Although new residential buildings in Zagreb can rarely boast high-quality layout solutions, and we generally prefer not to do half-measures in already semi-finished spaces, we took over this apartment at a point when the tiles and parquet were already installed, sanitary ware was selected, and interior doors were in place. Very little could be changed. This is precisely why we keep this project as a precious memory – proof that it is possible to achieve almost anything imagined, even within set limitations.

In the beginning, we believed a long and difficult path to success lay ahead, as we are used to building ambience through proportions in spaces we shape according to the desired result. Here, we were "condemned" to using exclusively interior elements, without any architectural interventions.

Yet, it was precisely the softness, warmth, and carefully chosen textures that created exactly what we wanted: a cozy, airy home with personality, set within 120 m² of living space that reflects the character of its owner.
