The houses are located on the highest slopes of the Primošten municipality, high above the coastline, with uninterrupted views of the Adriatic horizon. A single large plot was designated to accommodate three holiday houses, and the micro-urban concept was carefully developed to provide each house with privacy, comfort, and a strong relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The architecture is conceived through the experience of summer living. During the hottest hours of the day, life moves into the shade. By overlapping the ground floor and upper volumes, the design creates a generous shaded terrace a place of sanctuary and retreat. While the views remain open to the Adriatic horizon, this protected outdoor space becomes the central living area at midday.

The entrance to each house is approached across the terrace intuitively and in the spirit of Mediterranean living. On the ground floor, large glass surfaces fully connect the interior with the exterior, opening the living spaces towards expansive sea views. Materiality is intentionally reduced to a single primary element: local stone excavated directly from the site, strong in character and perfectly integrated into the micro-location through its colour and texture. The exterior environment is complemented by a swimming pool, whose shape responds to the architecture, terrain, and parcel geometry. Carefully planned Mediterranean landscaping enriches the atmosphere further, completing the experience through scent, shade, and texture. Each house spans 250 m² and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an additional guest WC, a small spa with sauna, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The interior is conceived in a minimalist language, with an emphasis on detail and spatial openness. The open living areas encourage gathering, while the private zones are designed for complete relaxation. The contemporary architectural language blends with the natural landscape, reinforcing the authenticity, character and unique beauty of the location.
